Border 2 Box Office Collection Day 10 Prediction: Anurag Singh directorial Border 2 has been one of the biggest releases of the year so far. The war drama, which revolved around the 1971 India vs Pakistan war came with a stellar cast of Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, Varun Dhawan, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, Medh Rana and Anya Singh. Interestingly, Border 2 is the second installment of the 1997 cult classic Border and this time the movie focussed on the valour of Indian army, Indian Air Force and Indian Navy.

Interestingly, Border 2 marks Sunny's return to the franchise after 29 years and also marks his first collaboration with director Anurag Singh and other cast members. This isn't all. Anurag Singh has collaborated with Varun for the second time after Jugjugg Jeeyo and for the 7th time with Diljit Dosanjh after Jatt & Juliet, Jatt & Juliet 2, Disco Singh, Punjab 1984, Super Singh and Shadaa respectively. Powered by the nostalgia of its prequel, Border 2 managed to create a massive buzz in the town and opened to decent reviews.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Border 2 saw a hike of over 65% in numbers on day 9 (second Saturday). The movie minted Rs 17.75cr which took the overall collection of the movie to Rs 252.75cr
Border 2 Box Office Collection 10 Prediction
Given the fact that it is a Sunday, Border 2 is expected to see another hike in numbers and is likely to earn around Rs 20-25cr today (day 10/ second Sunday). While there are speculations about Border 2 hitting Rs 300cr during the second weekend, as per the trends, the movie will be touching Rs 275cr mark post 10 days of release. As Border 2 is facing regular comparisons with Dhurandhar, Sunny's film will be failing to beat Ranveer starrer which had earned over Rs 100cr during the second weekend (Rs 53cr + Rs 58cr)
Border 2 Morning Occupancy Day 10
To note, Border 2 saw a hike in occupancy during the morning shows on day 10 and saw a footfall of 18.28% today. As a result, Border 2 saw a good start at the box office and earned Rs 5.5cr from the morning shows.
Meanwhile, given the response to Border 2, there have been speculations about Border 3. Talking about it, co-producer Bhushan Kumar told Hindustan Times, "We are doing a joint venture with his (Anurag Singh) company and my company. He'll be directing, and it will be something new. Border 3 will happen in due course".
