Border 2 recorded modest audience levels on Wednesday (February 4), its thirteenth day in the cinema halls, according to the latest data obtained from Sacnilk's website. Across India, the film registered an overall Hindi occupancy of 8.83% in theatres, indicating a steady hold but limited crowd pull during regular weekday screenings.
The day’s trend showed lower engagement during early hours, which then rose into the night. Morning shows reported just 5.33% occupancy, while afternoon screenings improved to 8.70%. As office hours ended, interest increased further, with evening shows reaching 9.77% across participating cinema halls.
Late shows saw the strongest turnout for Border 2, suggesting viewers favoured post-work timings. Night screenings posted the highest figure of the day at 11.50% occupancy.

Border 2 continued its strong theatrical run in India, reaching an estimated ₹290.75 crore (net), according to Sacnilk. The film saw asteady footfall in key metros and mass circuits, with weekday drops now moderating after a sharp fall in its second Monday and Wednesday figures.
The opening week set the base for this mind-boggling performance, as Border 2 recorded ₹224.25 crore (net) in the first seven days.
Border 2 opened on its first Friday with ₹30 crore, and later witessed a massive increase. On the first Saturday, it earned ₹36.5 crore, a jump of 21.67%. Sunday surged to ₹54.5 crore, reflecting a 49.32% rise and showcasing the film’s strong pull among weekend audiences across markets.
Second-week weekdays showed more controlled drops. After minting ₹22.5 crore on second Sunday, the second Monday recorded ₹5.75 crore, falling 74.44%. Tuesday held at the same ₹5.75 crore, indicating stability. Day 13, the second Wednesday, brought early estimates of ₹4 crore, a drop of over 30 percent, the report on Sacnilk said.
With the net box office collection touching ₹290.75 crore so far, the film will now heavily depend on the performance from Thursday to Sunday to record amazing numbers.
