Aaliyah Kashyap Engagement: It's time to send a congratulatory message to filmmaker Anurag Kashyap as his daughter Aaliyah Kashyap is now engaged to her longtime beau Shane Gregoire.

The YouTuber, while announcing the news, shared two mushy pictures from the proposal on her Instagram handle on Saturday evening. The proposal pictures happen to be from Bali, Indonesia.

Sharing the pictures, she penned a sweet note as well. She captioned her post, "Sooo this happened. To my best friend, my partner, my soulmate and now my fiance. You are the love of my life. Thank you for showing me what real and unconditional love feels like. saying yes to you was the easiest thing I've ever done and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you, my love."

Aaliyah's dad, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who is currently in Cannes for the premiere of his movie Kennedy, reacted to her post with "Congratulations" followed with three red heart emojis.

Anurag also took to his Instagram Stories and re-shared Aaliyah's photo and wrote, "Congratulations" tagging both Aaliyah and Shane. Further adding, "She is all grown up. So much that she is now engaged," along with two heart emoticons.

Aaliyah's close friends Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Gurfateh Pirzada, and singer Lisa Mishra also congratulated the couple in the comment section.
