Actor-politician Sunny Deol’s son, Karan Deol, who reportedly got engaged to his longtime girlfriend Drisha Acharya a few months ago on his grandparents Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur’s wedding anniversary. The couple made their first public appearance on Wednesday in Mumbai, pictures of which were shared on a paparazzo page. Karan and Drisha are seen in casual outfits, and their wedding is reportedly happening between June 16 and 18.

The screening of the film has been banned in parts of the country. Recently, Anurag Kashyap took to Twitter to express his opinion on the protest demanding ban of the film and shared a quote by French writer Voltaire. The post reads, “I do not agree with what you have to say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it." He captioned the post, “You agree with the film or not, be it propaganda, counter propaganda, offensive or not, to ban it is just wrong (sic)."

The makers of Adipurush unveiled the trailer of the highly-anticipated film on May 9. The trailer launch was a grand event that saw the presence of the team of the film including lead stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Sunny Singh. During the event, Kriti Sanon lauded her co-star and said, “He’s as simple as Prabhu Ram I’d say. He’s so simple so from the heart.”

Salman Khan has been associated with IIFA for almost 21 years now. Last year in 2022, the Bollywood star turned the host for the event that was held at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. However, this year the actor will not be hosting the award function. This year, Rajkumar Rao will take the center stage as he will co-host the event with Vicky Kaushal and Abhishek Bachchan.
