Vaazha 2 Worldwide Box Office Collection: The Malayalam film Vaazha 2: Biopic of a Billion Bros, which released in theatres on April 2, 2026, has continued its strong run at the box office, with its worldwide gross reportedly crossing the ₹200 crore mark by the end of Day 17 (April 18). As the film enters Day 18 (Sunday, April 19), trade trackers indicate that the sequel has now entered the list of the fastest Malayalam films to cross the milestone globally.

According to film industry tracker AB George, the film has surpassed ₹200 crore in worldwide gross within 17 days of release. The same source also noted that the film was made on an estimated budget of around ₹13 crore, pointing to a significant margin between production cost and reported earnings.

In a separate update, the tracker placed Vaazha 2 among the fastest Malayalam films to cross ₹200 crore globally. It shares the 17-day mark with Thudarum, while Empuraan reportedly achieved the feat in five days and Lokah in 13 days. Manjummel Boys, another notable Malayalam release, took 26 days to reach the same figure.

Vaazha 2 is a sequel to the 2024 film Vaazha: Biopic of a Billion Boys. The second installment continues to explore the lives of a group of young men navigating societal expectations and personal challenges. The narrative follows four friends, Hashir, Alan, Ajin, and Vinayak, who are often viewed as underachievers by their families and institutions. As they transition into adulthood, the film focuses on their attempts to find direction and self-worth, while dealing with external pressure and internal conflicts.
