The Traitors India Contestants: The anticipation came to an end for fans of The Traitors as the hit international reality series finally made its much-awaited debut in India last week. The Traitors (India) officially premiered on June 12, marking the launch of the thrilling game of trust, betrayal, and strategy for Indian audiences.

THE TRAITORS CAST: WHO ARE THE TRAITORS INDIA CONTESTANTS?

For those unaware, The Traitors started with a total of 20 participants living in a palace together and playing the game. Many well-known names like Karan Kundrra, Jasmine Bhasin, Sudhanshu Pandey, Apoorva Makhija aka The Rebel Kid, Purav Jha, Jannat Zubair, Raftaar, Uorfi Javed, Mukesh Chhabra, Maheep Kapoor, Raj Kundra, Anshula Kapoor, Harsh Gural, and Elnaaz Norouzi, among others, were introduced as the participants.

In the premiere week, only three episodes were released, and the show has been grabbing a lot of eyeballs since then. While The Traitors has been receiving a favourable response, a section of viewers are wondering if the reality show is scripted.

Amid all this, contestant Anshula Kapoor took to her social media account today (June 17) and answered if the show is scripted or real. The video is currently getting good traction on Instagram as Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor's sister talksed about The Traitors and clears that the show isn't scripted. Yes, you read that right!

IS THE TRAITORS (INDIA) SCRIPTED OR REAL? ANSHULA KAPOOR REVEALS

Revealing the same, Anshula said, "Traitors is scripted - how can this be the number one DM in my DMs right now? Guys and girls, Traitors is not scripted. There was not one perfect of a script given to any of the 20 participants of the show. First, let's start with everything that went down to get us to start filming that first episode. There was so much secrecy. Matlam humein bataya nahi gaya tha ki humare fellow participants kaun honge. When we were flying from Bombay also to shoot for this toh mere flight pe I think Elnaaz, Ashish ji, Sufi, and Jannat the. To keep it as secret as possible, even like check-in process wagaira inhone airport pe, we were given different slots. Hum sabko ek 'shadow' diya tha. Matlab our own personal valet. Even though most of us probably going to the same hotel because we were 20 participants. They had divided us into two different hotels that we were first staying in."

She added, "Do din Pehle humein phocha diya gaya tha, via Jodhpur to Jaisalmer. And yeh hotel mei na humko check-in kara ke, they literally were like ok you'll have your phone for like three hours more and then tonight somebody's gonna come, not just phones, jitne bhi electronic equipment the, they were taking it all."

Anshula stated, "Ye pura isolation ka chakkar tha because they didn't want us to form alliances outside the show. I think that the more you trust somebody from outside because you know them, the harder it gets and I can speak of this from personal experience. Maheep is a mind-blowing sport in that sense so whatever conversations I was having with her even that was not shown because yeh ek episode ek ghante ka humei dikha rahe hai but actually toh hum 16-17-18 ghanta shoot karte the aur ye log apni jaadu ki chadi se edit karke usko bas ek hi ghanta banate hai. Yaar mai toh rant pe cahli jau. What was my point that I was making?"
