KVN Productions has stated that it has already initiated legal action against the individual allegedly involved in the initial leak and distribution of the film's content. The production house has also indicated that further legal steps are being pursued against others who may have participated in sharing or amplifying the material.

The notice also includes a public advisory urging people to refrain from engaging with any leaked footage related to Jana Nayagan. It warns that individuals found to be involved in such activities could face both civil and criminal liability.
