Anupamaa Prequel: Viewers To Get Sneak-Peek Into How Vanraj And Shah Family Used To Treat Anupama

Star Plus' show Anupamaa has been ruling the TRP charts with its powerful content and performances by the star cast. The Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna-starrer has brought a revolution on Indian television, as it portrays Indian women in a strong way on-screen. As per the latest track, Anupama (Rupali Ganguly) has shown getting miffed with the Shah family's humiliation as Baa is not allowing her to get married to Anuj played Gaurav Khanna.

On the other hand, Anuj is eager to get married to his ladylove Anupama. Moreover, Anupama's ex-husband Vanraj is also conspiring against Anupama and Anuj aka #MaAn. Amidst all, the makers of Anupamaa have decided to bring the prequel of the show.

Yes, a report published in TellyChakkar suggests that Hotstar is planning to bring Anupamaa's prequel on its OTT platform. The report further states that the prequel will be showing a story of Anupama and Vanraj having completed 10 years of their wedding. The web series will have 11 episodes, in which the characters such as Baa, Bapuji, Toshu, Samar, Dolly and others will be shown in their young avatars.

It has to be noted that the viewers will get to how Vanraj and Shah family used to treat Anupama. The official announcement of the Anupamaa prequel is yet to be made.

Coming back to Anupamaa, the show also stars Sudhanshu Pandey, Madalsa Sharma, Tasneem Nerurkar, Paras Kalnawat, Alpana Buch and others in key roles. The show is being produced by Rajan Shahi.
