Vignesh Raja Biography

Vignesh Raja is an emerging director, writer, and editor in Indian cinema who predominantly works in Tamil film firms. Through the February 21, 2021, release of the miniseries "I Hate You-I Love You," he was given the chance to make his directorial debut. And after spending a year writing an investigative thriller, he cast his college friend Ashokal Selvan as the lead in his first feature film.

With his classic writing style and Hollywood-influenced graphs, Vignesh Raja was able to launch his career as a successful film director with his critically acclaimed filmmaking breakthrough. In order to facilitate the work of the cinematographer, "Kalaiselvan Sivaji," and to absorb and extract every inch of potential from the artists, he pre-scripted every frame.

His friendship with Ashok Selvan began in college, when they met through a directional competition. Since then, along with a close friend of his first A.D., Alfred, he has gathered an extensive of information about serial killers. Prior to Ratsasan's release, they had worked on the film's craft, but once the Ratsasan movie caught viewers' attention, they were very careful not to present another picture about a serial murderer with the same theme. They originated the project after once again rewriting the whole script.

In his first film as a director, Por Thozhil, he refused to allow people to enter the theatre with an idea of the murderer in hand. He wanted the audience to be surprised by the revelation at the very end, which is why he didn't actually include the antagonist's identity in the film's opening titles. The crowd and critics applauded him for his creativity. Although there are no songs in this movie, the stunning BGM keeps the audience's concentration.
