Contagion Story

Contagion movie takes place in a worst case scenario of a deadly virus. An international traveler reaches into the snack bowl at an airport bar before passing her credit card to a waiter. A business meeting begins with a round of handshakes. A man coughs on a crowded bus.

When Beth Emhoff  returns to Minneapolis from business in Hong Kong, what she thought was jet lag takes a virulent turn. After two day's she's dead in the ER and the doctors tell her shocked and grieving husband they have no idea why. The epidemic grows, the worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control the panic that spreads faster than the virus itself. At the same time, ordinary people struggle to survive in a society coming apart.
