Pekamedalu Story

Pekamedalu is a Telugu comedy drama movie directed by Neelagiri Mamilla. The movie casts Vinoth Kishan and Anoosha Krishna in the main lead roles along with Ritika Srinivas, Jagan Yogi Raj, Anusha Nuthala, Ganesh Thipparaju, Naren Yadav, and many others have seen in supporting roles. The music was composed by Smaran Sai while the cinematography was done by Haricharan K and it is edited by Srujana Adusumilli, Hamza Ali. The film is produced by Rakesh Varre under Crazy Ants Productions banner.

Story

Lakshman (Vinod Kishan), who has a B.Tech degree, dreams of becoming a millionaire without putting in any hard work or holding a job. He spends his time gambling online and is obsessed with making a fortune in real estate using his wife Varalakshmi's (Anusha Krishna) earnings. This leads to constant conflicts between the couple. In the midst of this turmoil, an NRI woman named Shweta (Rethika Srinivas) enters Lakshman's life. Lakshman tries to trap Shweta with his lies, which eventually leads his wife Lakshmi to leave him.

Despite his education, why does Lakshman choose a lazy lifestyle? What humiliations does he face living off his wife's income? What hardships does Lakshmi endure living in a slum? How does Lakshmi suffer due to her husband's actions? What is Lakshmi's fate when another woman enters her husband's life? What are the consequences of Lakshman's relationship with the NRI woman?
